Return Policy

All our artworks are produced individually only after an order is placed – according to the selected size, material and technique. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the customer simply changes their mind, the artwork doesn’t fit the interior, or the preference has changed.

Returns are only accepted in case of a defect

A return or replacement is possible only if the received artwork:

  • has a manufacturing defect,

  • was damaged during delivery,

  • does not match the ordered specifications.

In these cases, we will replace the item free of charge, or if replacement is not possible, issue a full refund.

What to do if you notice a defect?

Within 24–48 hours of delivery, please contact us at info@teplep.com and include:

  • your order number,

  • photos of the defect/damage,

  • a short description of the issue.

Important

  • The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

  • Damage caused by improper installation or handling is not eligible for return.

  • Under EU regulations, custom-made products are not covered by the standard 14-day return right.
